摘 要:研究微波消解-ICP-MS同时测定北沙参茎叶中14种元素。以HNO3为消解液,对样品进行微波消解处理,应用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)同时测定北沙参茎叶中的K、Ca、Na、Mg、Cu、Zn、Mn、Fe、Cr、Se、As、Cd、Pb等14种元素的含量。各元素标准曲线的相关系数均大于0.999精密度、重复性试验的RSD分别不大于3.61%、3.37%,加标回收率为91.2%~111.7%之间。结果表明,北沙参茎叶中含有较丰富的K、Ca、Fe、Mg、Mn、Zn等对人体健康有益和必需的营养元素。该方法快速简便、精密度好,结果准确可靠,为北沙参茎叶中的元素含量测定提供了可靠的分析方法。Simultaneous determination of 14 elements in stems and leaves of Glehnia littoralis by microwave digestion ICP-MS was studied.The samples were digested with HNO3 by microwave.The contents of K,Ca,Na,Mg,Cu,Zn,Mn,Fe,Cr,Se,As,Cd and Pb in the stems and leaves of Glehnia littoralis were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).The correlation coeff icient of the standard curve of each element is greater than 0.999,the RSD of the precision and repeatability tests are not greater than 3.61%and 3.37%,respectively,and the recovery rate of standard addition is between 91.2%and 111.7%.The results show that the stems and leaves of Glehnia littoralis are rich in K,Ca,Fe,Mg,Mn,Zn and other nutrients that are benef icial and necessary for human health.The method is fast,simple,accurate and reliable,and provides a reliable analysis method for the determination of the element content in the stems and leaves of Glehnia littoralis.
