摘　　要：深海能源开发技术的发展是落实海洋强国战略的关键。水下生产系统是海洋油气开采的重要装备,而其中管汇的超级双相不锈钢管长期依靠进口。文章以首个国产深水管汇项目为例,介绍了超级双相不锈钢管国产化的过程及质量保证措施。通过严格的论证,制定了国产化的技术路线,并对过程中潜在的风险进行管控。通过出厂前严格的质量检测、建造现场施工验证、三方实验室复测等方面验证了国产化的成功。The development of deep-sea energy technology is critical to great maritime power country.The subsea production system is important equipment for offshore oil exploitation,one of the important unit is subsea manifold,however the super duplex stainless steel pipe applied in manifold depend on import for long time.The f irst localized deep water manifold project is taken as example in this paper,to introduce the localization process and quality assurance method of SDSS pipe.The technology route of localization is prepared through rigorous demonstration,and control measurement for potential risk is adopted.Through rigorous quality inspection before delivery,welding verif ication at fabrication yard and cross check by independent lab,to verify the success of localization.
