摘 要:常规的可视处理技术存在磨粒面积覆盖高(可视处理效果差)的问题,为此,开展煤矿井下孔内事故可视处理技术研究。获取煤矿井下孔内事故信息,描述孔内工程信息,对获取的信息进行灰度与锐化处理,清晰化处理图像边缘,使其纹理具备一定的规律。同时,合理选择事故可视处理组合钻具,定义组合钻具构件参数与功能。并综合煤矿井下孔钻具钻速与转速的关系,规划可视处理事故流程,统计磨粒面积覆盖值,直到统计值满足需求,导出结果,完成对事故信息的可视处理。Conventional visual processing technology has the problem of high coverage of abrasive grains(poor visual processing effect).For this reason,research on visual processing technology for underground accidents in coal mines is carried out.Obtain the accident information in the coal mine hole,describe the engineering information in the hole,perform grayscale and sharpening processing on the acquired information,and process the edge of the image clearly,so that the texture has a certain law.At the same time,a reasonable selection of the combined drilling tool for visual handling of accidents shall be made,and the parameters and functions of the combined drilling tool components shall be def ined.It also integrates the relationship between drilling speed and rotation speed of underground drilling tools in coal mines,plans the visual processing of the accident process,and counts the coverage value of the abrasive particle area until the statistical value meets the demand,the result is derived,and the visual processing of the accident information is completed.
