摘 要:通过对催化裂解装置油浆泵非驱动端油封泄漏润滑油和甩油环磨损的原因进行分析,并结合分析结果对原油浆泵轴承及甩油环进行了相应优化设计改造,彻底解决了油浆泵轴封漏油和甩油环磨损的问题,并实现轴承和甩油环等关键配件国产化,使油浆泵运行周期由原来的90 d提高至439 d,实现了催化裂解装置油浆泵长周期运行。Based on the analysis of the causes of leakage of lubricating oil and wear of oil slinging ring at the non driving end of slurry pump in catalytic cracking unit,and combined with the analysis results,the bearing and oil slinging ring of slurry pump were optimized.The problems of oil leakage of shaft seal and wear of oil slinging ring of slurry pump were completely solved,and the localization of key accessories such as bearing and oil slinging ring was realized.The operation period of the slurry pump was increased from 90 days to 439 days,and the long-term operation of the slurry pump was realized.
