摘 要:随着PE树脂应用越来越广,对于聚乙烯催化剂的研究发展也得到研究者们的重视,应用于乙烯聚合工艺的催化剂比较多,主要以齐格勒纳塔催化剂为主,即镁钛体系催化剂。文章针对镁钛聚乙烯催化剂进行分类,从制备工艺不同的角度出发,主要从负载活性组分钛之前催化剂制备的不同的方向出发来论述催化剂,对催化剂的组成成分、孔道结构、粒子大小、表面活性组分的分布情况进行表征,可以了解聚合物的性能的影响因素,对研究者研究聚乙烯催化剂起到一定的启发作用。With the application of PE more and more widely,the research and development of polyethylene catalyst has also been paid attention to by researchers.There are more catalysts used in ethylene polymerization process,mainly Ziglenata catalyst,that is,magnesium titanium system catalyst.Based on titanium magnesium polyethylene catalysts are classif ied,from the perspective of different preparation technology,mainly from the load of active component titanium catalyst preparation before different direction to catalyst.The composition of the catalyst,pore structure,particle size,the distribution of active components on the surface of the characterization,we can understand the factors affecting the performance of the polymer,the researchers to study the polyethylene catalyst has a certain inspiration.
