摘 要:SAGD是充分挖掘馆陶稠油油藏边部潜力、高效开发稠油油藏的关键技术。文章充分分析D84块地质特征,指出SAGD大井眼大位移水平井主要面临着松软地层轨迹控制难、井眼净化难、套管柱下入难、防碰防窜、地层高温等技术难点。为了提高机械钻速,减少井下复杂情况,文章从井眼轨道优化、轨迹控制、抗高温钻井液、井眼净化、扩眼技术和大井眼套管柱下入等方面展开研究,形成了一整套SAGD大井眼水平井的钻完井技术。该技术在H71-1井得到了成功地应用,与第一口大井眼水平井H62井相比,钻井周期缩短了46天。SAGD is the key technology to fully excavate the potential of heavy oil reservoir and develop heavy oil reservoir eff iciently.This paper fully analyzes the geological characteristics of D84 block,SAGD large borehole large displacement horizontal wells are mainly faced with soft formation trajectory control,borehole purif ication,casing column entry,collision prevention,formation high temperature and other technical diff iculties.A complete set of drilling and completion techniques for large borehole horizontal wells has been developed from the aspects of borehole track optimization,trajectory control,high temperature resistant drilling fluid,borehole purif ication,hole reaming technology and large borehole casing string entry SAGD order to improve drilling speed and reduce downhole complexity.At H7 A well of 1-1 has been successfully applied,and the drilling period has been shortened by 46 days compared with the f irst large borehole horizontal well H62 well.
