摘　　要：医师法是调整医疗服务关系和规范医师执业活动的基本法。医师法的修订应当突出问题意识,强化价值导向,以医师执业权利保护为基本立足点,明确社会主义核心价值观融入立法修法的现实意义、理论基础、实践目标和具体路径,切实把社会主义核心价值观融入立法修法全过程,使医师法成为推动社会主义核心价值观全面融入中国特色社会主义卫生法律体系的典范。Law of medical practitioners is the basic law to adjust the medical services relationship and regulate the practicing activities of medical practitioners.Law of medical practitioners should highlight the awareness of the problem,strengthen the value orientation,take the protection of physicians’practicing rights as the basic foothold,clarify the realistic background,theoretical basis,practical goals and specific approaches for integrating Socialist Core Values into legislation and revision,incorporate Social Core Values into the whole process of legislation and revision effectively,and make itself a classic work for promoting the comprehensive integration of Socialist Core Values into the socialist health law system with Chinese Characteristics.
