摘　　要：随着产褥期保健观念的转变、生育政策调整以及国家政策支持,近年来月子中心行业规模迅速扩大。然而由于监管体制的不完善,母婴权益受损事件层出不穷。文章基于月子中心监管现状,通过归类分析法院公开及媒体报道的在月子中心消费过程中,母婴人身安全、合同权益以及其他常见消费权益受损案例,从监管主体、监管对象、监管依据、监管手段等方面提出完善月子中心监管的建议,以更充分、全面地保障产褥期母婴权益。With the change of the puerperal health care concept,adjustment of the fertility policy and support of national policies,the confinement center industry has scaled up rapidly in recent years.However,due to the imperfection of the supervision system,the rights and interests of mothers and infants have been damaged in an endless stream.Based on the status quo of confinement center supervision,by classifying and analyzing open judicial cases and cases reported by media which violated safety,contractual and other common consumer rights of mothers and infants in confinement centers,this paper offered the suggestions from the aspects such as the subject,object,basis and means of supervision,which could improve the supervision system of the confinement centers in order to fully and comprehensively protect the rights and interests of puerperal mothers and infants.
