先张法预应力砼空心板梁的质量控制探讨

摘　　要：在路桥工程项目不断增多的今天,全新的工程结构、施工工艺与技术等层出不穷。其中预应力砼空心板梁是当下工程施工中广泛应用的一种结构方式,具有质轻、强度大等应用优势。文章以先张法预应力砼空心板梁为研究对象,在对其特征及优势进行分析的基础上,明确了其基本的施工流程,最后主要提出了一些重点质量控制措施。Today,with the increasing number of road and bridge projects,brand-new engineering structures,construction techniques and technologies emerge in endlessly.Among them,prestressed concrete hollow cored slab beam is widely used in engineering construction,which has the advantages of light weight,high strength and so on.This paper takes the pretensioned prestressed concrete hollow cored slab beam as the research object,based on the analysis of its characteristics and advantages,defines its basic construction process,and finally mainly puts forward some key quality control measures.
