摘　　要：文章介绍了白车身生产线改造,从设计图纸发布完成,供应商开始加工到生产线安装调试完成进行批量生产这段周期内的现场管理。在此期间对各个阶段,以及各个管理对象的提前干预及事中管控,达到在计划内,保质保量、零安全事故完成生产线的改造交付。This paper introduces the transformation of the BIW(body in white)production line,from the release of the design drawings,the supplier starting the installation,to on-site management during the cycle of mass production after finishing the production line.During this period,as regards the early intervention and in-process control of each management object in each stage,it is supposed to achieve the transformation and delivery of the production line with zero safety accidents in quality and quantity within the plan.
