摘  要:针对目前国内多功能联合整地机监控系统比较缺乏、功能不够完善的问题,设计基于可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)的多功能联合整地机作业监控系统,硬件结构主要由PLC控制器、A/D转换电路、角度传感器、速度传感器和触摸显示屏等组成。通过等效法设计耕深计算模型,推导耕深计算公式,开发监控系统软件,该系统通过人机交互界面能够实现耕深上、下限值等作业参数的设置,机具作业状态的实时反馈、作业数据的统计记录和储存。田间试验和试验数据统计结果表明,系统监测耕深与人工实测耕深相对误差小于5%,满足田间耕作监控要求,达到系统设计目的。Aiming at the current lack of domestic multi-functional combined soil preparation machine monitoring system and insufficient functions,a multi-functional combined soil preparation machine operation monitoring system based on programmable logic controller(PLC)was designed.The hardware structure was mainly composed of PLC controller,A/D conversion circuit,angle sensor,speed sensor and touch screen.The calculation model of the tillage depth was designed with the equivalent method,and the formula for calculating the tillage depth was derived.The software of monitoring system was developed,which can realize the setting of upper and lower limits of tillage depth and other operating parameters through the human-computer interaction interface,the real-time feedback of machine working status and statistical record and storage of operation data through the human-computer interaction interface.The statistical results of field experiments and experimental data showed that the relative error between the systematic monitoring of tillage depth and the manually measured tillage depth was less than 5%,which met the requirement of the field cultivation monitoring and achieves the purpose of system design.
