摘 要:为增强IGBT模块的冷却效果,以某IGBT模块为研究对象,在常规形散热针柱的基础上设计了圆环形散热针柱和螺旋形散热针柱。对3种散热针柱下的IGBT模块结温分别进行理论计算,并利用有限元分析软件STAR-CCM+对3种散热针柱下的IGBT模块进行仿真模拟。对比分析3种模型的温度场、压力场及速度场,结果表明:3种模型的理论计算结果和仿真计算结果之间的误差均小于5%;最优的螺旋形散热针柱下的IGBT模块在针柱高度为11 mm、针柱直径为2.5 mm以及水流流量为12 L/min时,散热能力表现最佳。In order to enhance the heat dissipation effect of the IGBT module,this paper takes an IGBT module as the research object,and designs a circular heat dissipating needle-column and a spiral heat dissipating needle-column on the basis of a conventional heat dissipating needle-column.The junction temperature of IGBT modules under three kinds of heat dissipating needle-column is theoretically calculated,and the IGBT modules under three kinds of heat dissipating needle-column is simulated by using the finite element analysis software STAR-CCM+.By comparing and analyzing the temperature field,pressure field and velocity field of the three models,the result show that the errors between the theoretical calculation results and the simulation calculation results of the three models are less than 5%.The IGBT module under the optimal spiral heat dissipating needle-column has the best heat dissipation performance when the needle-column height is 11 mm,the needle-column diameter is2.5 mm,and the water flow is 12 L/min.
