医院类建设项目水资源论证编制难点分析

摘　　要：根据《北京市建设项目水影响评价文件编制指南》等文件要求,分析医院类建设项目用水特性,梳理水影响评价工作中水资源论证部分编制难点,并提出相应解决措施;针对具体建设项目案例,计算项目供水和退水水量,评估供水方案和退水方案的合理性。结果可为同类项目水资源论证编制提供参考,为北京市水影响评价工作提供案例支撑。Based on the documents such as“Guidelines for Documentation of Water Resources Appraisal of Water Impact Assessment Report of Beijing Construction Project”,the water resource utilization of the hospital construction projects was analyzed,and the difficulties and the solutions for the water resources appraisal of the water impact assessment report were proposed as well.A general construction project was taken as a case study,the amounts of the feed water and the discharged wastewater were calculated,and the proposals for the feed water supplying and the wastewater disposing were evaluated.The results may provide a good reference for the assemble construction projects,and help for the water impact assessment issues in Beijing.
