浅谈国外跨流域调水工程现状、机遇和挑战

摘　　要：由于水资源时空分布不均,很多国家面临严重的水资源短缺问题。为了满足缺水地区的水资源需求,世界各国开展了跨流域调水研究和实践。梳理了国外调水工程现状,阐述了跨流域调水工程面临的机遇和挑战,以期为调水工程建设和管理提供借鉴。Many countries suffer from severe water shortage problem due to the uneven distribution of water resources.In order to satisfy water demand in water scarce regions,interbasin water transfer has been widely implemented all over the world.Based on review of current status of water diversion project,discussions are made on challenges and opportunities,so ao to provide insights for the construction and management of interbasin water diversion project.
