摘　　要：乡村振兴是党的十九大就新时代解决好“三农”问题、加快推进农业农村现代化建设做出的重大战略部署。涉藏地区基层党员干部整体能力还不能满足乡村振兴战略要求,亟需通过教育培训等手段来加强。而涉藏州县党校双语教师因双语娴熟、懂民情、接地气,在基层党员干部培训中具有不可替代的作用。不断加强学习、转变观念、提升素养,培养大批适应现代农牧业发展需要的基层党员队伍,是涉藏地区双语教师的神圣使命。Rural revitalization is a major strategic plan made at the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China to solve the problems related to agriculture,rural areas and farmers in the new era and accelerate the modernization of agriculture and countryside.The overall capacity of community-level Party members and cadres in Tibet-related areas cannot meet the requirements of the rural revitalization strategy,which needs to be strengthened by means of education and training.Whereas the bilingual teachers of the party school in Tibet-related states and counties play an irreplaceable role in the training of grassroots party members and cadres because of their proficient bilingual skills,understanding of people's feelings and being down to earth.It is the sacred mission of bilingual teachers in Tibet-related areas to continuously strengthen learning,change ideas,improve quality,and train a large number of grassroots Party members to meet the needs of modern agricultural and animal husbandry development.
