摘　　要：藏文图书盗版行为扰乱了藏文出版业发展的正常秩序。主要原因是没有知识产权意识,以及经济利益驱动等造成的。我们要进一步加强知识产权保护意识,用法律手段解决图书盗版问题,从而保护好民文类出版社和作者应有的权力和声誉。The piracy of Tibetan-language books has disrupted the normal order of the development of the Tibetan-language publishing industry.The main reason is lack of awareness of intellectual property rights,as well as driven by economic interests.We should further strengthen the consciousness of intellectual property protection and solve the problem by legal means,so as to protect the due rights and reputation of the publishing houses and authors of the minority literature.
