摘　　要：为应对低迷的航运市场,降低船舶运营成本,提高船舶推进效率,减少燃油消耗,集装箱船球鼻首改装是船东减少营运成本方式之一。本文根据在厂改装项目NYK系列4500TEU集装箱船球鼻首改装,重点介绍球鼻首的改装流程,为类似船舶球鼻首改装提供参考。In order to cope with the depressed shipping market,reduce ship operating cost,improve ship propulsion efficiency and reduce fuel consumption,retrofitting of the bulbous bow of the container ship is one of the ways for ship owners to reduce operating cost.Based on the retrofitting of the bulbous bow of NYK series 4500 TEU container ship,this paper mainly introduces the retrofitting process of the bulbous bow.
