摘  要:为客观反映旅客联程运输发展情况,综合考虑数据可获取性、重要性等因素,建立了包含发展基础、联运设施、联运服务3方面的21个具体指标的旅客联程运输发展指标体系,提出了21个指标的数据获取途径和计算方法,用极差正规化法对21个评价指标进行无量纲化处理,通过专家打分法对21个指标赋予权重,提出旅客联程运输发展指数计算方法。最后,以北京、天津等36个城市为例,计算得出各城市的旅客联程运输发展指数。结果表明,上海、北京、广州、深圳等一线城市旅客联程运输发展较好,拉萨、西宁、银川等西部中心城市旅客联程运输发展较差。In order to objectively reflect the development of intermodal passenger transportation,considering the data availability,importance and other factors,the development index system of passenger intermodal transportation was established,which includes 21 specific indicators of development condition,infrastructure and operation service.The methods of data acquisition and calculation of 21 indexes were put forward.The range normalization method was used for dimensionless processing of 21 evaluation indexes.The expert scoring method was used to give weight to 21 indexes.The calculation method of IPTI(Intermodal Passenger Transportation Development Index)was proposed.Finally,taking 36 cities such as Beijing and Tianjin as examples,the intermodal passenger transportation development index of each city was calculated.The results shows that the development of intermodal passenger transportation in first-tier cities such as Shanghai,Beijing,Guangzhou,Shenzhen are better than that in Lhasa,Xi'ning,Yinchuan and other western central cities.
