摘　　要：从法律的开放性视角出发,分析了我国《公共图书馆法》法律价值的开放性、对标准规范的开放性、对其他法律的开放性,以体现该法为我国图书馆事业的发展提供了制度层面的保障。From the perspective of the openness of law,the paper analyzes the openness of the legal value of the Public Library Law of China,the openness to standards and norms and to other laws,so as to reflect that the Law provides institutional guarantee for the development of China’s library cause.
