摘　　要：在信息化高度发展的今天,虚拟社群已经悄然改变了人们的生活、工作和交往的方式。在此次疫情防控期间,图书馆作为社会的组成部分,主动参与到了虚拟社群的发展之中,并且发挥自身的优势,在虚拟社群中构建了虚拟学习共同体、起到核心价值观的引领作用,并结合线上和线下提供一体化的服务。但面对虚拟社群的发展,图书馆还需要加强数字化人才的培养、信息资源建设的重构、加强知识服务深化和分层次等工作,与时俱进的推进图书馆虚拟社群的发展,激发图书馆的活力,提升图书馆的创新精神。With the rapid development of information technology,virtual community has quietly changed the way people live,work and communicate.As a part of the society,library actively participates in the development of virtual community and gives full play to its own advantages during the epidemic prevention and control period.The library constructs a virtual learning community in the virtual community and plays a leading role in core values,providing integrated services combined with online and offline.However,in face of the development of virtual community,the library also needs to strengthen the cultivation of digital talents,reconstruct information resources construction and deepen knowledge service and hierarchical work,so as to promote the development of library virtual community with the times,stimulate the vitality of the library and enhance the innovative spirit of the library.
