摘　　要：白俄罗斯第六届全国人民大会于2021年2月举行,距白俄罗斯第六届总统大选仅半年。白俄罗斯社会因“选举抗议”带来的动荡尚未完全消除,此次大会被视为政府与社会各界至关重要的对话平台,其意义不亚于白俄罗斯建国后举行的首次人民大会,受到各方高度关注。白俄罗斯第六届全国人民大会是白俄罗斯国家发展理论与实践的新探索,将对白俄罗斯未来5-10年的政治、经济与社会发展产生重大影响,尤其是宪法改革、总统权力分配、国家管理体制改革等方面。The Sixth Belarusian People's Congress was held in February 2021,just six months after the sixth presidential election in Belarus.Therefore,the People's Congress is regarded as a crucial platform for dialogue between the government and all social sectors.As important as the first people's congress held after the founding of Belarus,the Sixth Belarusian People's Congress has attracted great attention from all parties.This paper believes that the Sixth National People's Congress of Belarus is a new exploration of Belarusian State development theory and practice,which will have a significant impact on the political,economic and social development of Belarus in the next 5-10 years,especially in the areas of constitutional reform,the distribution of presidential power,and the reform of the state management system.
