摘 要:目的:测试化妆品原料对角质细胞和皮肤模型中CD44蛋白表达的影响。方法:视黄酸(RA)、泛醇(ProVB5)、透明质酸(HA)3种原料单独或者ProVB5和HA联合配伍加入人角质细胞或EpiSkin表皮模型培养基中培养处理48 h;其中配伍组在模型上增加了局部表皮涂抹处理,采用免疫荧光法检测样品中CD44蛋白的表达量。结果:在人角质细胞测试中,ProVB5、HA单独处理组和联合配伍组的CD44蛋白表达均有显著增加,但这种现象未在表皮模型中观察到;RA对表皮模型有显著增厚的作用。结论:CD44蛋白在二维和三维体系中的表达存在差异,RA对表皮模型具有显著的增厚作用。Objective:To test the effect of cosmetic materials on the expression of CD44 protein in keratinocytes and skin models.Methods:Retinoic Acid(RA),Panthenol(ProVB5)and Hyaluronic Acid(HA)alone or in combination with ProVB5 and HA were added into human keratinocytes or EpiSkin epidermal model medium for 48h;In the compatibility group,topical treatment was added to the epidermal model,and the expression of CD44 protein in the samples was detected by immunofluorescence.Results:In human keratinocyte test,the expression of CD44 protein in ProVB5,HA alone and combined groups were significantly increased,but this phenomenon was not observed in the epidermal model;RA has a significant thickening effect on the epidermal model.Conclusion:The expression of CD44 protein is different between two-dimensional and three-dimensional systems.RA has a significant thickening effect on the epidermal model.
