固相萃取小柱在纺织品禁用偶氮染料检测中的应用

摘　　要：目的:研究纺织品禁用偶氮染料检测中,使用固相萃取小柱替代硅藻土填充柱的可行性。方法:使用ENVI-Chrom P(聚苯乙烯二乙烯基苯)固相萃取小柱进行萃取,分别对样品pH值、洗脱液种类、干燥处理方式、上样/洗脱流速、洗脱液体积等因素进行分析。结果:碱性萃取液经ENVI-Chrom P小柱富集后用甲醇洗脱并浓缩后,用GC-MS进行定量,方法回收率均达到ISO 14362-1:2017等标准的要求。结论:固相萃取小柱可以替代硅藻土填充柱应用于纺织品禁用偶氮染料检测。Objective:In this study,the feasibility of using solid phase extraction column instead of diatomite packed column in the detection of banned azo dyes in textiles was studied.Method:Envi chrom P(polystyrene divinylbenzene)solid phase extraction column was used for extraction,the factors such as pH value of sample,eluent,drying before elution,loading/elution flow rate and eluent volume were analyzed.Result:The alkaline extract was enriched by envi chrom P column,eluted with methanol,concentrated and quantified by GC-MS.the recoveries of the method met the requirements of ISO 14362-1:2017.Conclusion:Solid phase extraction column can replace diatomite packed columnin the detection of prohibited azo dyes in textiles.
