摘  要:目的:分析实时荧光定量PCR与PCR-ELISA在乙型肝炎病毒DNA定量检测中的应用情况。方法:选择2018年9月—2020年9月收治的乙型肝炎患者22例,将患者分成ELISA组和PCR组,每组患者均为11人,其中ELISA组主要接受COBASAmplicor检测,PCR组接受Light Cycler仪器检测,对比两组患者的可测定范围、重复性、临床标本检测结果。结果:Light Cycler仪器的实验结果的灵敏度要低于COBAS Amplicor。检测结果表明,实时荧光定量PCR技术具有费用低、省时等特点,PCR-ELISA技术具有价格昂贵、重复性和灵敏度高等特点。Objective:To analyze the application of real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR and PCR-ELISA in the quantitative detection of hepatitis B virus DNA.Methods:A total of 22 hepatitis B patients admitted from September 2018 to September 2020 were selected.The patients were divided into ELISA group and PCR group.Each group had 11 patients.The ELISA group mainly received COBASAmplicor test,and the PCR group received Light.Cycler instrument test,compare the measurable range,repeatability,and clinical specimen test results of the two groups of patients.Results:The sensitivity of the experimental results of the Light Cycler instrument is lower than that of the COBAS Amplicor.The test results show that the real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR technology has the characteristics of low cost and time saving,and the PCR-ELISA technology has the characteristics of high price,repeatability and high sensitivity.
