摘  要:通过改进生产工艺及配方:将钛系催化剂注入方式由前添加改为后添加,优化聚酯合成工艺,降低预聚釜和终聚釜反应温度,添加光学增白剂等方式,实现对聚酯切片产品色泽、端羧基含量等参数的控制。开发生产出的光学膜专用聚酯切片在色泽等常规性能指标、结晶性能、分子量分布等方面均优于原有纤维级聚酯切片,实现了在原有装置上进行光学膜专用聚酯切片的工业化大规模连续生产。By improving the production process and formula:changing the injection method of titanium-based catalyst from pre-addition to post-addition,optimizing the polyester synthesis process,reducing the reaction temperature of the pre-polymerization kettle and the final polymerization kettle,and adding optical brighteners,etc.,to achieve the polyester Control of parameters such as color and carboxyl end group content of sliced products.The developed and produced special polyester chips for optical films are superior to the original fiber-grade polyester chips in terms of color and other conventional performance indicators,crystallization performance,molecular weight distribution,etc.,realizing the industrialization of special polyester chips for optical films on the original equipment Large-scale continuous production.
