摘  要:根据低温反应釜内制备某医药中间体的化学反应条件及反应物料的理化特性,将反应釜主材选用钛-不锈钢复合板,夹套选用304不锈钢、保温层选用Q235B进行了论述,并从反应釜部件的强度计算、各部件结构设计及反应釜制造中应注意的要点等方面进行详细阐述,为后续同类设备设计提供参考。According to the chemical reaction condition of preparation of a pharmaceutical intermediate in the low temperature reaction kettle and the physical and chemical properties of materials,the titanium-stainless steel clad plate as the main material of the reaction kettle,304 stainless steel as the jacket and Q235B as the insulation layer were discussed in this paper.The strength calculation of the reactor components,the structural design of each components and the key points of reactor manufacturing that should be paid attention to were described in detail.It provided reference for the subsequent design of similar equipment.
