摘  要:将直线钢导轨、滑块、滚珠丝杠、夹具、摇动手柄、底座等零件合理组装,研制了实验室PVA偏光膜简易拉伸机。拉伸机台座和滑块分别夹持薄膜两侧,转动手柄使滑块缓慢移动,实现薄膜的均匀拉伸,薄膜拉伸范围由丝杠长度决定。实验结果表明,采用该拉伸机对PVA薄膜进行澎润、染色、延伸、补正等工艺加工后,制备出来的PVA偏光膜单片、平行透光率规律性地随拉伸倍数的增高而增高,偏振度均在99%以上。A simple drawing machine for PVA polarizing film in laboratory is made by reasonably assembling the linear steel guide rail, slide block, ball screw, clamp, shaking handle, base and other parts. The pedestal and slide block of drawing machine hold the two sides of a film respectively, and then the handle is rotated to make the slide move slowly to realize the uniform stretching of the film. The film stretching range is determined by the length of the lead screw. The experimental results show that the single transmittance of PVA polarizing film increases regularly with the increase of drawing ratio, and the degree of polarization is above 99%.
