摘  要:动力电池是新能源汽车动力系统的核心部件,锂离子电池则是当前应用最广泛的车用动力电池,具有能量密度高、寿命长、自放电率低、环保等优点。软包电池容量较同等尺寸规格的钢壳或铝壳电池高5%~15%,且重量更轻,为了研究软包电池外表面恒压下的性能变化,根据软包电池特点,开发了一套软包锂电池外表面施压装置与测试实验教学平台。该实验平台包括施压装置、恒温箱、测试台和数据分析软件等部分,可有效解决软包电池主动定量压力状态下的性能测试难题,对研究电池性能具有积极意义,同时该实验平台可为高校开展电池测试类实验教学提供硬件支撑。Power battery is the core component of new energy vehicle power system. Lithium-ion battery is the most widely used vehicle power battery at present, which has the advantages of high energy density, long service life, low self-discharge rate and environmental protection. The capacity of the pouch battery is 5%~15% higher than that of the steel shell or aluminum shell battery of the same size, and its weight is lighter. In order to study the performance change of the outer surface of the pouch battery under constant pressure, a set of pressure device and test experimental teaching platform for the outer surface of the pouch lithium battery are developed according to the characteristics of such battery. The experimental platform includes pressure device, incubator, test bench and data analysis software, which can effectively solve the problem of battery performance test under active quantitative pressure and has positive significance for the research of battery performance. At the same time, the experimental platform can provide hardware support for the experimental teaching of battery testing in colleges and universities.
