摘　　要：针对易制毒化学品的购买、存贮、领用、回收等安全管理问题,以高校"双一流"建设为契机,增加实验室建设投入,完善实验技术人员奖励机制,创新安全管理体系。该文从安全管理体系、安全教育体系、安全监督体系、安全防护体系等6个方面,对高校易制毒化学品安全管理体系建设的具体思路进行探讨。In view of the safety management issues of the purchase, storage, collection and recycling of precursor chemicals, and by taking the "Double first-class" construction as an opportunity, the investment in laboratory construction is increased, the reward mechanism for laboratory technicians is established, and the safety management system is innovated. From six aspects of safety management system, safety education system, safety supervision system, safety protection system, etc., the specific ideas of the construction of the safety management system of precursor chemicals in colleges and universities are discussed.
