摘  要:针对150SN润滑油高凝点问题,合成一种三元共聚物降凝剂.在实验过程中对该降凝剂进行工艺条件优化,并对影响降凝效果的影响因素进行测试,确定最佳降凝条件为:α-甲基丙烯酸、混合醇的物质的量的比为1.2∶1,携水剂甲苯用量为45%、催化剂用量为1.5%,α-甲基丙烯酸混合醇酯与富马酸及苯乙烯的摩尔比为1∶1∶4,聚合温度为90℃,引发剂用量为0.6%,聚合时间为4 h.该降凝剂具有重复性优良,降凝效果稳定的特点.当降凝剂加剂量为0.8%,加剂温度为70℃时可以达到最佳降凝效果.通过红外表征分析,其合成的目标产物与设计的分子结构相吻合.该降凝剂使150SN润滑油的凝点降低10℃.In order to solve the problem of high condensation point of 150SN lubricating oil,a terpolymer pour point depressant is synthesized.In the process of the experiment,the process conditions of the pour point depressant were optimized,and then the influencing factors that affect the pour-off effect were tested,and the optimum pour-off conditions were determined.The results show that the monomer ratio of the methacrylic acid to the mixed alcohol is 1.2∶1,the toluene of the water-carrying agent is 45%,and the dosage of the catalyst is 1.5%.The ratio of the mixed alcohol ester of the methacrylic acid to the fumaric acid and the styrene is 1∶1∶4,the polymerization temperature is 90℃,the amount of the initiator is 0.6%,and the polymerization time is 4 hours.The pour point depressant has good repeatability and stable pour-down effect..When the dosage is 0.8%,the optimal pour-down effect can be achieved at the temperature of 70℃.The synthesized target product is in agreement with the molecular structure of the design by the infrared characterization.The pour point depressant can reduce the freezing point of 150SN lubricating oil by 10℃.
