摘　　要：目的了解潍坊市监管场所羁押人员HIV感染率和危险因素,为制定艾滋病防控措施提供依据。方法对2015~2019年潍坊市11家监管场所人员进行危险行为调查,调查结束后采集静脉血5 ml,进行HIV抗体检测,阳性者进行确证。结果 2015~2019年潍坊市监管场所羁押人员共检测78 671人,检出HIV抗体阳性人数156人,HIV阳性率为0.20%;有危险行为羁押人员的HIV感染率(5.27%、90/1 707)明显高于无危险行为羁押人员(0.09%、66/76 964)(P<0.01);山东省外户籍羁押人员HIV阳性率(0.98%、97/9 897)明显高于本省户籍羁押人员(0.09%、59/68 774)(P<0.01);有高危行为史的羁押人员中注射吸毒的HIV阳性率最高,为6.60%(70/1 060)。结论潍坊市羁押人员中存在一定的HIV感染流行,注射吸毒和性乱仍是主要的传播途径。Objective To understand the prevalence and risk factors of HIV infection among detainees in detention places in Weifang city, so as to provide the basis for the prevention and control of HIV/AIDS. Methods The detainees in 11 custody places of Weifang were surveyed on their HIV related behaviors during 2015-2019.The serum samples(venous blood 5 ml) were collected for HIV antibody test and the positive samples were confirmed. Results A total of 78 671 detainees were tested during 2015-2019,156 people were HIV antibody positive, and the HIV positive rate was 0.20%.The high risk group(5.27%,90/1 707) had significant higher HIV positive rate than the non-high risk group(0.09%,66/76 964)(P<0.01).Compared with those registered residence in Shandong province(0.09%,59/68 774),the HIV positive rate was higher in the migrant persons from other provinces(0.98%,97/9 897)(P<0.01).The highest positive rate was observed in the detainees with history of drug addiction(6.60%,70/1 060). Conclusion There is HIV prevalence among detainees in detention places in Weifang city, injecting drug addiction and promiscuity are still the main route of transmission.
