2019、2020年单县部分托幼机构工作人员体检结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解单县托幼机构工作人员职业卫生健康状况,为进一步开展托幼机构体检工作及优化环境提供依据。方法 2019年3月至2020年10月组织全县1869名幼托机构人员职业卫生健康体检,对患病率和阳性检出率进行整理和分析。结果 1 869名参检人员中所有疾病检出率为61.58%。其中,普通疾病检出率为36.86%,传染性疾病检出率为24.72%,其中滴虫5例(0.27%)、霉菌性阴道炎136例(7.28%)、细菌性阴道炎295例(15.78%)、HPV高危其他12型阳性1例(0.09%)、梅毒3例(0.27%)、尖锐湿疣1例(0.09%)、乙肝表面抗原阳性21例(1.12%)。结论单县部分托幼机构工作人员卫生健康状况亟待提高,少数老师患有传染性疾病。Objective To understand the occupational health status of employees in nurseries and kindergartens in Shan county, so as to provide the basis for further conducting physical examination in nurseries and kindergartens and improve the environment. Methods 1 869 staffs from nurseries and kindergartens in Shan county were organized to take physical examination during March 2019-October 2020,the prevalence and positive detection rates of physical examination results were sorted and analyzed. Results A total of 1 869 people were examined, with detection rate of all diseases of 61.58%.The detection rate of disease was 36.86%,the detection rate of infectious diseases was 24.72%.The infectious disease were mainly trichomonad(5 cases, 0.27%),colpitis mycotica(136 cases, 7.28%),bacterial vaginitis(295 cases, 15.78%),HPV positive(1 case, 0.09%),syphilis(3 cases, 0.27%),condyloma acuminatum(1 case, 0.09%),hepatitis B positive(21 cases, 1.12%). Conclusion The health status of the staff in kindergartens should be improved, the prevalence of infectious diseases in few teachers should be paid attention to take measures to remove the infectious harm to the children.
