2020年高邮市儿童家长预防接种知识现状调查

摘　　要：目的了解高邮市儿童家长对预防接种知识知晓现状并分析影响因素,以促进本地区儿童预防接种工作。方法 2020年7~9月采用单纯随机抽样在高邮市15个预防接种门诊中选择7个门诊展开调查,通过问卷调查分析儿童家长对预防接种知识的知晓情况和获取途径等。结果调查共发放问卷899份,回收有效问卷899份,儿童家长对预防接种知识的总知晓率为72.78%(6 543/8 990)。学历越高、家庭收入越高的家长对预防接种的认可率越高(P<0.01);不同职业家长对预防接种的认可率以企事业单位职工最高,农民及外出务工人员最低(P<0.01)学历越高的家长对预防接种常识的掌握程度越高(P<0.01)。家长课堂的开展能够促进家长对预防接种常识的掌握(P<0.05),但对促进家长对预防接种认可及疫苗知识的掌握方面没有显著的提升(P均>0.05)。结论儿童家长对预防接种知识的掌握程度与学历、职业等因素密切相关。Objective To understand the awareness of vaccination knowledge among parents of children in Gaoyou city and analyze the influencing factors, so as to promote the work of children’s vaccination in this area. Methods A simple random sampling was used to select 7 out of 15 vaccination clinics in Gaoyou city, and a questionnaire survey was conducted to analyze parents’ knowledge and access to vaccination knowledge in June-September, 2020. Results A total of 899 questionnaires were distributed in this survey, and 899 valid questionnaires were returned.The total awareness rate of children’s parents on vaccination knowledge was 72.78%(6 543/8 990).The higher the educational background and the higher the family income of the parents, the higher the recognition rate of vaccination(P<0.01);the recognition rate of the parents of different occupations to the vaccination was the highest among the employees of enterprises and institutions, farmers and the migrant workers were the lowest, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The higher the educational background, the higher the mastery of vaccination knowledge(P<0.01).The development of parent classes could promote parents’ mastery of vaccination knowledge(P<0.05),but it did not significantly improve parents’ recognition of vaccination and vaccine knowledge(P>0.05). Conclusion parents’ mastery of vaccination knowledge is closely related to education background, occupation and other factors.
