摘　　要：目的了解东营市河口区疑似预防接种异常反应(AEFI)发生特征,评价AEFI监测系统的运转情况及疫苗接种安全性,为制定预防接种工作措施和策略提供依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法对东营市河口区2011~2019年AEFI资料进行分析。结果 2011~2019年河口区报告AEFI病例222例,年均AEFI发生率为35.34/10万剂;异常反应发生率为0.48/10万剂。疫苗质量事故、接种事故、心因性反应均为零;AEFI分布在19种疫苗中,不同疫苗间的发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);主要发生在0~1岁,占78.37%;接种0~1 d以内发生206例,占92.79%。结论东营市河口区AEFI监测系统运转灵敏;AEFI发生率略低于全国。Objective To understand the occurrence features of adverse events following immunization(AEFI)in Hekou district, Dongying city, and evaluate the implementation of AEFI surveillance system and the vaccines immunization safety, so as to provide evidence for immunization methods and strategies. Methods Reported cases of AEFI during 2011-2019 in Hekou district were analyzed by descriptive epidemiological methodology. Results A total of 222 cases were reported during 2011-2019 in Hekou district, the average annual incidence was 35.34/105,and the abnormal reaction rate was 0.48/105.There was no vaccine quality accident, vaccination accident and psychogenic reaction report.AEFIs distributed in 19 vaccines, and there were significant differences in the incidences among different vaccines(P<0.01).AEFIs often occurred in the young children aged 0-1 year old, accounting for 78.37%,and there were 206 cases occurred within 1 day after vaccination, which accounted for 92.79%. Conclusion AEFI surveillance system in Hekou district functioned well.AEFI incidence is slightly lower in Hekou district than it in national level.
