摘　　要：从草地资源及其可持续利用的角度阐述了伊犁河谷草地资源的类型特点、利用现状,分析了伊犁河谷草地资源存在的主要问题是草地退化面积逐年增加,水土流失日趋严重,草地产草量在季节和年度间不平衡,草地生态保护和修复治理机制不完善等问题。探讨影响草地资源生产力的驱动机制,提出草地生态系统的可持续利用中加强草地资源管理,建立牧草种子基因库和筛选乡土草种,实施草地生态修复建设,强化草地生态监测和积极推动生态旅游等相应对策。This paper set forth the types,features and utilization of grassland resources in Ili River Valley from the angle of sustainable utilization concerning.According to its analysis,the grassland resources in Ili Valley are subject to main problems such as increasing area of grassland degradation year by year,gradually serious soil erosion,unbalanced grass yield between seasons and years,imperfect grassland ecological protection and restoration mechanism,etc.This paper discussed the driving mechanism in relation to the productivity of grassland resources,and it put forward some corresponding countermeasures,e.g:strengthening the management of grassland resources,establishing a gene bank of forage seed while screening local grass species,making ecological restoration of grassland,strengthening the monitoring of grassland ecology and proactively promoting eco-tourism,with the sustainable utilization of grassland ecosystem as a premise.
