摘　　要：总结了我国聚氨酯泡沫行业氢氯氟烃淘汰管理计划所取得的进展,介绍“十四五”期间聚氨酯泡沫行业完成履约目标以及实现全行业淘汰的新规划,并简要分析中国加入《基加利修正案》对聚氨酯泡沫行业发泡剂替代进程的影响。The progress made in the management plan for HCFC phase-out in the polyurethane foam industry in China was summarized.The new goals of polyurethane foam industry's performance target during the 14th Five-Year Plan period and the elimination in the whole industry were introduced.The influence of China's accession to the Kigali Amendment on the foaming agent substitution process in the polyurethane foam industry was briefly analyzed.
