摘  要:将自制含亚氨基的硅烷偶联剂与六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)三聚体反应,再与1,3-丙烷磺酸内酯反应使其具有亲水性,最终得到一系列含硅烷和磺酸基的多异氰酸酯固化剂,并采用FT-IR和1H-NMR对改性硅烷偶联剂进行了表征分析。研究结果表明,当改性硅烷偶联剂质量分数为3.0%~4.0%且1,3-丙烷磺酸内酯质量分数为3%时,制备的固化剂固含量约为98%,NCO质量分数在20%~21%范围,其透明性和贮存稳定性好,可良好地分散于水中。将它用作水性羟基聚丙烯酸酯树脂的固化剂,涂膜硬度可达2H,耐水性和耐热性好。A polyisocyanate intermediate was synthesized by hexamethylene diisocyanate(HDI)trimer and self-made imino-containing silane coupling agent,and then it reacted with 1,3-propane sulfone to get hydrophilic.A series of silane and sulfonic-containing polyisocyanate curing agents were obtained,and the modified silane coupling agent was characterized and analyzed by FT-IR and 1H-NMR.The results showed that,when the mass fractions of the modified silane coupling agent was 3.0%to 4.0%and 1,3-propane sulfone was 3%,the solid content of the prepared curing agents was about 98%,and the mass fraction of NCO was 20%~21%.The transparency and storage stability of the curing agents were good and could be dispersed in water well.Used as a curing agent for water-based hydroxy polyacrylate resin,the coating films exhibited high hardness(2H),good water resistance and heat-resistence.
