摘  要:以间苯二亚甲基异氰酸酯(XDI)分别与扩链剂1,4-丁二醇(BDO)或对苯二酚二羟乙基醚(HQEE)反应形成的链段为硬段,聚碳酸酯二醇(PCD)为软段,以异氰酸酯指数(R)为1.02或1.04制备了4种XDI型聚氨酯弹性体,并对其结构、分子量及分布、动态力学性能和热稳定性等进行了表征。结果表明:所制备的XDI型聚氨酯弹性体分子量受扩链剂种类及R值的影响,当采用HQEE扩链且R值为1.02时,样品的分子量最高,数均分子量为4.82万,重均分子量为13.13万,分子量分布指数为2.72;HQEE扩链的XDI型聚氨酯弹性体的储能模量和玻璃化转变温度均高于BDO扩链的材料;此外,XDI型聚氨酯弹性体失重5%的起始分解温度在320℃以上,具有较好的热稳定性。By adjusting the isocyanate index(R=1.02 or 1.04),four kinds of meta-xylylene diisocyanate(XDI)polyurethane elastomers were prepared using XDI,polycarbonate polyol(PCD)and chain extender of 1,4-butanediol(BDO)or hydroquinone dihydroxyethyl ether(HQEE).Their structures,molecular weights and molecular-weight distributions,dynamic mechanical properties and thermal decomposition temperatures were characterized.The results showed that the molecular weights of the prepared elastomers were affected by the chain extender and the R value.The highest molecular weight of elastomer was achieved when HQEE was used for chain extension and R=1.02,of which the number-average molecular weight was 48200,weight-average molecular weight was 131300 and molecular weight distribution index was 2.72.The storage modulus and glass transition temperature of the HQEE chain-extended elastomer were higher than those of the BDO chain-extended material.In addition,the initial decomposition temperatures of 5%weight loss of the elastomers were above 320℃,which indicated that XDI polyurethane elastomers had good thermal stability.
