摘　　要：葡萄糖目标范围内时间(TIR)是近年来国内外备受关注的新的血糖控制指标。《中国2型糖尿病防治指南(2020年版)》将TIR纳入血糖的控制目标,参考TIR国际共识推荐的2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的TIR控制目标为>70%。本文依据国内外指南意见,阐述TIR的产生背景和意义,并且提供实现TIR达标的胰岛素治疗方案,供广大临床医师参考。Time in range(TIR)is a new index to evaluate blood glucose control and has drawn much attention of experts at home and abroad in recent years."Guidelines for the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes in China(2020 Edition)",which included TIR into the target of blood glucose control.It is suggested that the TIR target of patients with type 2 diabetes should be more than 70%.This review will elaborate the background and significance of TIR from the perspective of guidelines,and provide insulin treatment strategy to achieve TIR target,so as to provide reference for clinicians.
