摘　　要：目的:对肾脾双补口服液中淫羊藿苷的含量测定方法进行了改进,并将原注册标准方法及改进后的方法进行了对比。方法:改进后的方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,以Agilent C18色谱柱(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm)为固定相,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(23∶77)为流动相,检测波长为270 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min,进样量20μL。结果:在此色谱条件下,淫羊藿苷能够有效分离。结论:改进后的方法较原方法简便,专属性强,重复性好,结果准确。Objective:The determination method of icariin in Shenpi Shuangbu oral liquid was improved.The original registration standard method and the improved method were compared.Methods:The improved method Adopt reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography,Aagilent C18 column(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm)was employed with acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid solution(23∶77)flowing at 1.0 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 270 nm,and the injection volume was 20μL.Results:Under these chromatographic conditions,icariin can be separated effectively.Conclusions:The improved method is simple,specific,reproducible and accurate.
