摘　　要：藏药唐古特青兰(Dracocephalum tanguticum Maxim)可治疗胃炎、肝炎、头晕、关节炎及疖疮等症.通过现代研究手段表明该植物含有黄酮、三萜、苯乙酰胺糖苷、苯丙素、挥发油、多糖等多种化学成分,有显著的抗缺氧、抗心肌缺血、抗糖尿病、预防心脏毒性和抗癌等活性.综述了唐古特青兰化学成分及生物活性研究进展,为进一步研究开发该藏药提供一定的研究基础.Dracocephalum tanguticum maxim is a traditional Tibetan herbal medicine which can treat gastritis,hepatitis,dizziness,arthritis and furuncle.Modern studies have shown that D.tanguticum contains flavonoids,triterpenoids,phenylacetamide glycosides,phenylpropanes,volatile oil,polysaccharide and other chemical constituents.D.tanguticum has noticeable anti-hypoxia,anti-myocardial ischemia,anti-diabetes,and helps prevent cardiotoxicity with anti-cancer activities.This paper summarizes the research progress of chemical constituents and biological activities of D.tanguticum,which could provide a basis for further research and development of this traditional Tibetan herbal medicine.
