摘　　要：中国共产党在领导人民实现共同富裕的百年实践中逐步形成了丰富科学的城乡经济思想:从革命战争时期的城乡互助思想、耕者有其田的土地革命思想、农业优先发展思想和农工商协调发展的思想;到新中国成立后的促进城乡劳动力流动思想、工农业协调互助发展思想及农业机械化思想、提高农村公共服务水平思想等;再到市场化改革中的城乡经济社会发展一体化思想、“以工促农、以城带乡”思想、建设社会主义新农村思想和开发式扶贫思想;最终发展演进到社会主义新时代的城乡发展一体化思想、城乡融合发展思想、乡村振兴思想及精准扶贫和脱贫攻坚思想。党的城乡经济思想百年流变的演进逻辑是:党的城乡建设思想服务于党和国家的经济战略,党的城乡关系思想既依循又拓展了马克思主义城乡关系理论,党的城乡发展思想以生产关系符合生产力发展水平的规律为准绳。The Communist Party of China has gradually formed rich and scientific economic thoughts of urban and rural areas in the centennial practice of leading the people to achieve common prosperity.During the period of the revolutionary war,the thought of mutual assistance between the urban and rural areas,the agrarian revolution thought of land belonging to the tiller,the thought of priority development of agriculture and the thought of coordinated development of agriculture and industry have been formed.After the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the thoughts of promoting the flow of urban and rural labor force,the coordinated development of industry and agriculture,agricultural mechanization and the improvement of the rural public service level have been formed.Later,in the process of market-oriented reform,it evolves into the thought of the integration of the urban and rural economic and social development,the thought of“Industry Promoting Agriculture,Urban Area Elevating Rural Area”,the thought of building a new socialist countryside and the thought of development-oriented poverty alleviation.Finally,in the new era of socialism,it has developed into the thoughts of integration of the urban and rural development,integration of the urban and rural development,rural revitalization and targeted poverty alleviation and eradication.The evolution logic of the Communist Party of China’s urban-rural economic thoughts in the past century is formed.The thought of the urban-rural construction serves the economic strategy of the Communist Party of China and the state.The thought of the urban-rural relationship not only follows but also expands the Marxist theory of urban-rural relationship.The thought of urban-rural development is based on the law that the production relationship conforms to the development level of productive forces.
