摘  要:利用新一代载人飞船长征五号B运载火箭搭载3个不同株型的扁蓿豆品种(直立型扁蓿豆、蒙农1号扁蓿豆、蒙农2号扁蓿豆)种子67h,以探求太空环境对3个扁蓿豆种子萌发及其植株生长的影响。结果表明,太空搭载促进了蒙农1号扁蓿豆和蒙农2号扁蓿豆种子萌发,植株在生长过程中出现一些优异性状变异,诱变率为2.22%~4.26%。其中,第一真叶呈方形的变异株生长速度显著高于对照,幼苗期为0.55cm/d,生长期为1.23cm/d,是培育扁蓿豆新种质的重要材料。A new generation of manned spacecraft Long March 5B carrier rocket was used to carry seeds of 3 different types of Medicago ruthenica L.varieties(Medicago ruthenica(L.)Sojak'Zhilixing',M.ruthenica(L.)Sojak'Mengnong No.2',and M.ruthenica(L.)Sojak'Mengnong No.1'.)for 67h in order to explore the effects of space environment on seed germination and plant growth of three Medicago ruthenica.The results showed that spacefaring promoted the seed germination of Mengnong No.1 and No.2 of Medicago ruthenica L.,and some excellent character variation occurred during the growth process,with mutagenesis rate of 2.22%-4.26%.The growth rate of the mutant with square first true leaf was 0.55cm/d at seedling stage and 1.23cm/d at growth stage,which was significantly higher than that of the control.It was an important material for breeding new varieties of Medicago ruthenica L.
