重楼汤联合消溃散治疗湿热内蕴型溃疡性结肠炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察自拟重楼汤联合消溃散治疗湿热内蕴型溃疡性结肠炎(Ulcerative Colitis,UC)的临床疗效及对血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6)的影响。方法选取江西省九江市中医医院肛肠科2019年7月—2020年7月门诊及住院收治的UC患者60例,分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组重楼汤口服联合消溃散保留灌肠,对照组用美沙拉嗪口服联合美沙拉嗪碾极细粉末,溶于温生理盐水中保留灌肠。治疗后,观察疗效及患者血清TNF-α、IL-6水平。结果治疗组在改善腹泻、腹痛、黏液脓血便以及结肠镜下黏膜修复方面优于对照组(P<0.05),并且2组均可降低血清TNF-α、IL-6的水平,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自拟重楼汤联合消溃散能够降低血清TNF-α、IL-6的水平,改善UC患者症状。Objective To observe the effect of Chonglou decoction Xiaokui powder on clinical efficacy and serum TNF-α,IL-6 in ulcerative colitis(UC)of dampness-heat accumulated in interior type patients.Methods Sixty cases of UC patients admitted to the Anorectal Department of Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected and divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was given Chonglou decoction orally combined with Xiaokui powder to retain enema,and the control group was given mesalazine orally combined with mesalazine grind very fine powder,dissolved in warm saline to retain enema.The therapeutic effect of self-made Chonglou decoction combined with Xiaokui powder and its influence on TNF-αand IL-6 in patients was observed.Results The treatment group was better than the control group in improving diarrhea,abdominal pain,mucous pus and blood stool and mucosal repair under colonoscopy(P<0.05),and the two groups could reduce the levels of serum TNF-αand IL-6,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made Chonglou decoction and Xiaokui powder may improve the defecation symptoms of patients with UC by reducing the levels of serum TNF-αand IL-6.
