针刺推拿联合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨针刺推拿联合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症(Lumbar disc herniation,LDH)的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月—2019年12月于朝阳市中心医院按摩科就诊的68例LDH患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组34例。对照组患者给予针刺联合推拿治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上联合牵引治疗。治疗2个疗程后,比较2组患者的治疗总有效率。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为88.24%(30/34),高于对照组的64.65%(23/34),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺、推拿联合牵引治疗LDH疗效显著,可作为临床优选的治疗方式。Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture and massage combined with traction on lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods From January to December 2019,68 patients with LDH diagnosed by clinical examination in Chaoyang Central Hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the commonly used random number table method,with 34 patients in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture combined with massage,and observation group was treated with traction on the basis of control group.After 2 courses of treatment(1 course of 10 days),the treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.24%(30/34),which was higher than that of the control group(64.65%,23/34),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For LDH patients,traditional Chinese medicine massage and acupuncture treatment combined with traction can achieve good results,which can be a good choice for the treatment of this disease.
