隔物灸治疗肠易激综合征的临床研究进展

摘　　要：肠易激综合征是消化科常见的功能性疾病之一,具有病程长、反复发作等特点,且治疗成本较高,严重影响患者的生活质量。隔物灸疗法指用加工过的药物将艾草制品与施术腧穴部位的皮肤隔开,施以艾灸的方法。回顾近年来隔物灸治疗的临床报道,发现隔物灸对肠易激综合征具有一定的治疗效果,本文初步分析其可能的作用机制,以期为临床及相关研究提供参考。Irritable bowel syndrome(IBS)is one of the common functional diseases in digestive department.The main symptoms of IBS are abdominal pain or abdominal discomfort,increased defecation times,and abnormal stool quality and quantity.The disease often occurs repeatedly,and the cost of treatment is high,which seriously affects the life of patients.Indirect moxibustion refers to the method of separating wormwood products from the skin of acupoints by processed drugs and applying moxibustion.According to the different ways of indirect moxibustion,indirect moxibustion can be divided into ginger moxibustion,garlic moxibustion,salt moxibustion,aconite cake moxibustion,medicine moxibustion,paved moxibustion and other forms.In recent years,the clinical reports of indirect moxibustion treatment were reviewed.It was found that indirect moxibustion has certain therapeutic effect on irritable bowel syndrome.This paper preliminarily analyzes its possible mechanism of action,in order to provide reference for clinical and related research.
