孕产两用裤装结构设计分析

摘　　要：[研究意义]目前市场上的孕裤装多在女性下腹耻骨联合处以上采用高弹面料拼接,孕期产生的弹性形变无法在产后或身材恢复后穿着,并且弹性对孕肚产生压力,服装舒适性和使用周期短等缺点不能满足消费者的需求。[研究方法]根据对女性孕期和孕后体型的分析,在裤装上裆处加入多块隐藏附加面料,使孕产两用裤装满足孕妇妊娠前、妊娠时和产后不同时间维度的体型特征,增加孕裤装的使用周期。[研究结果与结论]文章通过裤装前片省道的转移,并且在裤装前片横向加入宽为19cm的可收放式面料,在纵向加入底边长为3cm,顶点在臀围线处的倒三角式可收放式面料,同时辅助面料的创新选择,科学合理的设计出孕产两用裤装。从而实现了对孕裤装的创新结构设计,使孕裤装不仅能满足孕期时的穿着,还能满足产后穿着,极大的延长了孕裤装的使用周期,合理的结构设计和面料选择也会减小服装对孕肚的压力,提高了服装舒适性,满足了消费者的购买意愿。At present,most of the pregnant pants on the market are stitched with high elastic fabrics above the pubic symphysis of women’s lower abdomen.The elastic deformation during pregnancy can’t be worn after delivery or after body recovery,and the elastic pressure on the pregnant belly,clothing comfort and short service life can’t meet the needs of consumers.According to the analysis of women’s body shape during pregnancy and postpartum,a number of hidden additional fabrics are added to the crotch of trousers to make the them meet the body shape characteristics of different time dimensions of pregnant women before,during and after pregnancy,and increase the service cycle of trousers.Through the transfer of darts in the front of trousers,the retractable fabric with a width of 19 cm is added horizontally in the front of trousers,and the inverted triangle retractable fabric with a bottom length of 3 cm and a top at the hip line is added longitudinally.At the same time,the innovative choice of fabric is assisted,and the maternity trousers are designed scientifically and reasonably.It realizes the innovative structure design of pregnant pants,thus pregnant pants can not only meet the needs of pregnancy,but also meet the needs of postpartum wear,greatly extending the service life of pregnant pants.Reasonable structure design and fabric selection will also reduce the pressure of clothing on pregnant belly,improve the comfort of clothing,and meet the purchase intention of consumers.
