摘 要:工业生产过程中在产出工业产品的同时会有大量的废水产生,其中工业有机废水因其有机物浓度高、难降解和存在有毒物质,更是难以很好地处理。有机废水的产生、种类及成分与行业、工艺等密切相关。针对工业有机废水难处理的问题,本文阐述了目前处理工业有机废水的常用技术,包括吸附、离子交换、膜分离、混凝、Fenton氧化、生物处理以及它们的组合,分析了各种技术处理工业有机废水的原理。最后归纳出组合技术是一种更为有效的处理方法,能将废水处理至排放的标准,是今后处理工业有机废水须着重考虑的一种技术,同时简化现有技术的操作过程、降低建设成本将会成为未来处理工业有机废水需要关注的问题。Industrial products are produced via the industrial production process,while a large quantity of waste water is produced,as well.Due to the high concentration of organic matter,non-biodegradability and the toxicity,the industrial organic waste water is quite difficult to treat,whose generation and types and ingredients are closely related to the industry and technology.Aiming at the problem of difficult treatment of industrial organic wastewater,the current common technologies for the treatment of industrial organic wastewater are introduced,including adsorption,ion exchange,membrane separation,coagulation,Fenton oxidation,biological treatment and their combinations.Moreover,various technologies for industrial organic treatment are analyzed.Finally,it can be concluded that the combinatorial technology is a more effective treatment method,which can make the waste water to meet the discharge standard and must be taken into consideration during treating with the industrial organic wastewater in the future.Meanwhile,simplifying the operation of existing technologies and lowing construction costs will become issues that need to be paid more attention in the future treatment of industrial organic wastewater.
