摘  要:采用3种不同球化工艺制备成分相当的球墨铸铁试样,考察不同试样球状石墨形态、分布和性能,利用神经网络计算,建立石墨组织结构与性能的模型,揭示石墨组织结构不同参数对其性能影响的权重比率。研究结果表明3组不同球化工艺球状石墨直径分布均呈近正态分布。传统的QT-CFM工艺,石墨球化率最低,石墨直径较大,分布不均匀,其低温冲击性能差;QT-CWM工艺制备的石墨球硬度和强度有小幅度下降,但其低温冲击韧性有大幅度地提高。QT-TCM工艺石墨结构参数以及性能介于QT-CFM工艺和QT-CWM工艺之间。神经网络计算模型表明:球化率对性能的影响的权重比率最大,其次为石墨球的直径分布和石墨数量,再次为石墨球的平均直径。Ductile iron samples with the equivalent compositions are prepared by three different spheroidizing processes,and their morphology,distribution and properties are systematically investigated.The relationships between the spherical graphite microstructure and properties are discussed by neural network calculation,and the importance of graphite microstructure parameters on properties is revealed.The results show that the particle size distribution of spheroidal graphite under three different spheroidizing processes all present near normal distribution.The traditional process of QT-CFM with lowest spheroidization rate,largest graphite diameter and uneven distribution,shows the worst low temperature impact performance.Although the relevant hardness and strength of QT-CWM process decrease slightly,its low temperature impact toughness increases greatly.The graphite structure parameters and macroscopic properties of QT-TCM process are between QT-CFM process and QT-CWM process.The calculation model of neural network shows that the spheroidization rate has the greatest influence on the properties,followed by the particle size distribution and graphite number,and finally the average diameter.
