论媒体化政治的含义与特征

摘　　要：媒体化政治是政治过程依赖媒体技术予以展开的政治形态,具有政治过程依赖媒体予以展开、媒体逻辑影响政治逻辑、政治权力更接近于大众、形象政治成为政治过程的核心等四个基本特征。作为一种新型政治形态,媒体化政治虽然在促进政治民主化、提升政府能力、提高政治监督效能等各方面发挥着积极作用,但也存在对既有政治秩序的挑战、严重影响政治稳定和民主政治的健康发展等消极作用。Media politics is a kind of polity handled through media technology,which bears four essential features,namely:the dependence of the handling political process upon media,the influence of media logic on political logic,a better access of political power to the civics and image politics being the nuclear of the political process.As a new type of polity,it plays an active role in facilitating political democratization,promoting the administrative capacity of the government and enhancing the effectiveness of political supervision,but at the same time,it may be a challenge of the present political order and cast negative influence on the political stability and the healthy development of political democracy.
